The domain must be in one of the following statuses: ACTIVE, INITIAL SUSPENDED, FINAL SUSPENDED or PREVIOUS DELETION.
⚠️ Important: If your domain is in Previous Deletion status, it is necessary that the Registrant Holder contacts us before requesting this process.

- DOCUMENTATION
Attach the following digitalized documentation of (Current Registered Owner) to the email:
- Articles of incorporation (simple copy that includes the seal and folio number of the public property and commercial registry)
- Power of attorney of the legal representative, with broad administrative powers (simple copy that includes the seal and folio number of the public property and commercial registry)
- Official identification with a color photograph of the legal representative on both sides.
- The name of the Representative must be identical both on the identification and on the power of attorney.
NOTE:
- If the documents are not legible, are not sent in an orderly manner or are incomplete, your application will be rejected.
- Attached files must not exceed seven (15) Megabytes, as they cannot be received. It is recommended to use only the We Transfer platform (attach link in the email).
- PROCESS DETAILS
This Authentication Process is established in the Akky Domain Name Policies. In point 12.4. Of the Registrant Authentication Process.
- The Authentication department will receive and validate your documentation from the Current Domain Owner Registrant.
- If the documentation is correct, we will contact the person who will be the New Domain Owner Registrant, who will receive an email with the subject “Akky: Acceptance of Domain Ownership”
- Once the documentation from the new Domain Owner is received, the Authentication department will validate the documentation
- If the documentation is correct, we will contact the Current Domain Owner Registrant, who will receive an email with the subject “Akky: Request for Modification of Registrant (Owner)”, you must access the attached link to confirm your request with the NIP indicated.
- The current Domain Owner must perform the digital signature in the Docusign tool, then download the PDF to send it to the Executive who is handling your case for review.
The time to complete the Authentication Process must not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days, provided that the requested information is sent completely and correctly.
