Authentication Of A Natural Person

To start an Authentication process, the CURRENT REGISTRANT OWNER of the domain must send us an email from the Registrant account or the Registrant's personal account requesting the start of the procedure to the email address autenticacion@akky.mx  with the following request:

2. DOCUMENTATION

Attach the following digitalized documentation of (Name of the current registrant) to the email

• Current Official Identification (in color and on both sides), showing the address registered in the system within the Registrant contact information.
• In the event that the official identification does not match the registered address, proof of address corresponding to the one registered in the System within the Registrant contact information is required, no older than three (3) months, with a payment stamp or receipt of payment. For these purposes, Akky considers valid receipts relating to electricity, water and drainage services, landline telephone service and/or natural gas.
  
  NOTE:
• If the documents are not legible, are not sent in an orderly manner or are incomplete, your application will be rejected.
• Attached files must not exceed seven (15) Megabytes, as they cannot be received. It is recommended to use only the WeTransfer platform (attach link in the email).

3. PROCESS DETAILS
   This Authentication Process is established in the Akky Domain Name Policies. In point 12.4. Of the Registrant Authentication Process.

1. 1. The Authentication department will receive and validate your documentation from the Current Domain Owner Registrant.
   2. If the documentation is correct, we will contact the person who will be the New Domain Owner Registrant, who will receive an email with the subject “Akky: Acceptance of Domain Ownership”
   3. Once the documentation from the new Domain Owner is received, the Authentication department will validate the documentation.
   4. If the documentation is correct, we will contact the Current Domain Owner Registrant, who will receive an email with the subject “Akky: Request for Modification of Registrant (Owner)”, you must access the attached link to confirm your request with the NIP indicated.
   5. The current Domain Owner must perform the digital signature in the Docusign tool, then download the PDF to send it to the Executive who is handling your case for review.
      

The time to complete the Authentication Process must not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days, provided that the requested information is sent completely and correctly.
