Request a Dispute for Former Employee, when the Registrant Owner provided or provides a service to me and I have documentation that supports my relationship with the Registrant Owner.

To request the start of a DISPUTE process, we require that the owner to whom the service was billed meets the following requirements:

Requirements:

  • Have a user in Akky. If you do not have a user yet, you can register one by clicking here.
  • Send the request and documentation by email to disputes@akky.mx
  • Have the documentation that proves the relationship of the Ex-Employee (Current Registrant) with the person who claims the domain

Documentation

  • Former Employee Information:
    • Official Identification of the Former Employee
    • Employment Contract
    • Settlement Letter or Resignation Letter
  • From the employer
    • If the Employer is a natural person:
      • Current official identification
    • If you are an Employer, you are a legal entity
      • Complete Articles of Incorporation (simple copy that includes the seal and folio number of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce).
      • Power of Attorney of the Legal Representative, with broad administrative powers (simple copy that includes the seal and folio number of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce).
      • Official identification with photograph of the Legal Representative (simple color copy).
      • The Akky invoice in the name of the Registrant requesting the domain. An email or letter confirming that the domain name registration was requested.

Send us an email and write the following text in the body of the message (only spanish):

Atención Departamento Legal,

Deseo iniciar un proceso de disputa por la Titularidad de nombre del nombre de dominio: (ESCRIBA AQUI SU NOMBRE DE DOMINIO, SIN WWW. Ejemplo: nombredeminegocio.com.mx)

Donde confirmo que acepto las Políticas de Nombre de Dominio AKKY,  las cuales son visibles en el siguiente link: https://www.akky.mx/acerca/politicas-de-servicios

Motivo de solicitud: (Indique en un párrafo breve la razón por la que desea iniciar dicho proceso).

En caso de que la resolución de Disputa me favorezca, solicito que se actualice la información a:

Details of the Process

This Dispute Process is established in the Akky Domain Name Policies. In point 12.2 Of Domain Name Disputes by Ownership

  • This process can only be started by the person who was billed for the service (Individual or Legal Entity).
  • We will receive and validate the documentation that you send us only to the email address disputes@akky.mx
  • If the documentation is correct, we will contact the current Registrant Owner and the person who claims the domain, by email with the subject “Akky: Start of Domain Ownership Dispute”
  • The current Registrant Owner has 15 calendar days to send documentation that proves a greater right to the ownership of the domain name in question.The follow-up of this process is only by email.


The time to conclude the Dispute Process shall not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days, provided that the requested information is sent in full and correctly.

IMPORTANT: In the event that you are unable to submit the aforementioned documents, you may initiate a trademark dispute process before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
